REFRIDGERATOR QUESTIONS..How do you clean the coils under the refriderator, I tried to get it as well as I?

could with the vaccum cleaner, but my attachments cannot reach into the small hard to reach places. Are there some kind of special attachments, if so, what do they cost and how where do you get them and any special advice on using? Also, all refrigerators these days are self defrosting, but, do you periodically have to defrost them manually anyway, if so, how do you know when it is time to do so, or how often do you do it? Also, the lightbulb in the freezer, is it some kind of special lightbulb or can any regular light bulb be used. How long should the refrigerator run, 50% of the time? 80 % of the time? What else to know?

I bought a coil cleaning attachment at either Linens N Things or Bed Bath and Beyond that does a great job and I think it was under 10 bucks. I don’t defrost mine, but I do empty the entire thing out clean every surface with baking soda and water and throw away anything that has been in there too long about every 3 months. My freezer and fridge side both take a special appliance light which I get at the home improvement centers where they sell bulbs and it does say “appliance/refridgerator/freezer” bulb on the package. My fridge will automatically start running right after one of the doors is opened and stays running for 5-7 minutes. It also cycles about once an hour for about the same length of time.
