The Hoover platinum bagless cyclonic canister is one such vacuum that offers this technology. It features three distinct air tunnels that lift and remove dirt from your carpet. The non-marring wheels ensure that your floors will not get scratched, and there is a long forty inch cord that is great for uninterrupted cleaning. There are other models in the Hoover windtunnel vacuum series and you really cannot go wrong with any of them. One of the models, the U8311-900 comes complete with some excellent features, but be aware that it is a bit heavy at twenty-two pounds. There is a self-propelled Hoover windtunnel vacuum that is bagless and is extremely easy to push, both forward and backward, so this a very lightweight vacuum that still does a great cleaning job, even trapping 100% of dust mites, ragweed and common grass pollens with its HEPA filtration system. The bagless vacuums are among my personal favorites as there is nothing worse than needing to vacuum your carpets only to realize that you are out of bags – and so is the store where you purchase them. Another nice feature about the bagless vacuums is that you can clean the dust receptacles ensuring that all the dirt from each cleaning is completely gone.
