What is the best product for cleaning and cleaning tools to scrub a tile shower?

I'm new to cleaning and need help. I have a white tiled shower with white grout. The grout and tile (especially on the floor of the shower) are becoming a sort of brownish. What is the best product to use to get them white again? So I'm not sure what is the best tool to use for this work. A scrub brush? A sponge? Do I need to let the cleaner sit on the tiles for a while? I also have a glass door that I would get the drop off brands. What would work best for the glass door? How often should I clean the shower, tile care of dazzling whiteness. Thank you for your help:)

I use Barkeepers Ami. You can find it at Wal-Mart next to the Comet. It works best though. Just wet the shower, scub then sprinkle it with a nail brush until it comes out. This convenient powder cleans and gets those spots depth as well as hard water stains. You can clean once a week. As an antifungal spray after the shower, I mix 2 tbsp Tea Oil tree (by Wal-Mart pharmacy witch hazel) in a spray bottle with 12 ounces of water. Shak and mist on the walls and floor to prevent mold. Then you blow like bleach and will not harm your clothing, if you accidentally spray it on yourself. As to your door glass, a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 4 parts water in a spray bottle effectively clean all glass surfaces leaving a streak shines more. To avoid sticking to the things of mine, I give the glass and the surrounding metal, a very light coating of car wax on my own, dry it .. Just do find it on your shower floor or you could be injured.
