Colon Cleanse Package
acai berry juice and colon cleanse pill?
1) does the acai berry juice work the same as the pill?
2)and is the colon cleanse pill a pill i can buy at the grocery store? Waldbaums or Stop and Shop? and if i can, what would the package look like? how old do you have to be to buy it in a grocery store?
3)how much will all this cost me? and how many pills and glasses of the juice will i have to take/drink before i see results? and how often will i have to take the pill or drink the juice?
please answer all my questions if you have info. please NO websites!!! and if you have nothing that will answer this question and your just going to tell me that this stuff doesn’t work, then just stop and don’t send it. pleeeeeease! thank you in advance!
Better to drink juice than to take pills.
Colon cleansers are bad for your colon. Believe it or not, the colon cleans itself just fine. Nothing stays in there.
You need to work out while you’re drinking your juice. Try a treadmill, exercise bike or elliptical trainer and work up to 40 minutes a day. You will really see results then.
