Eureka Upright Vacuum

I wanted an inexpensive but reliable vacuum cleaner with decent suction power. Finally, I bought the Eureka Maxima Bagless. Buy something cheap, and hoping it performs as promised, is usually only going to end in disappointment. Well, buy the didnÂ't Eureka Maxima vacuum end in disappointment, although there are some disappointments with it.

Well, since the Eureka 4700A for the first time was a little disappointing. It looked exactly like what it was supposed to be a relatively inexpensive way to empty own care. However, I chosen, and not vice versa.

ITA cheap, but you do get some accessories, brush, cleaning rod, the combination wand / crevice tool, and the suction hose that is attached to the unit. The hose is only about 6 feet long but you can stretch a little further than that, but since everything is plastic, I would not take too far.

The Eureka Maxima vacuum cleaner a few points more real. Firstly, it is a vacuum very light, weighing only 13.5 lbs. Light of the ITA, but it always comes with a 12 amp motor Â-the same size as the Oxygen Electrolux vacuum cleaner very expensive 3. Some people really hate bagless vacuum cleaners as they say that the cup to empty the dust released a plume of dust enters the house. I find such thoughts a little tedious, why not simply empty the dust cup outside? The big advantage of a bagless vacuum cleaner, as the Eureka Maxima is the Cup lead is greater than 3 quarts bag over 2 quarts, so it needs less drain, you can save on the cost of buying new bags (not to mention the effort to find appropriate codec for your vacuum cleaner), and your help save the environment (no trees need die to vacuum bags more available).

Due to the size of the engine, I found the suction power of the Eureka Maxima to be more than sufficient for my house, I have a mixture of low pile carpeting and tile. So I say CanÂ't IÂ've tested on something difficult, but for most types of flooring on the tread Maxima easily.

Now for some more gripes.

I dislike how wind power cord on the machine. The cord wraps around a 1-foot area on the lower neck, choked between the suction pipe. It's a bit awkward. A redeeming feature is, however, the release lever rapidly Power Cord, one flip and you do not have to unroll!

In addition, there is the problem of suction pipe: ITA rout fairly securely in place around the top of the handle and appears to be thin plastic (only time will tell if it goes the distance). It seems that the power cord should be at the top of the handle with the suction hose being housed below.

I had no other complaints with my Eureka Maxima vacuum cleaner until either I asked around my house friends 'and I saw the ability to use their Electrolux vacuum cleaner. The ability was much, much quieter than my Eureka Maxima. IÂ've since consoled myself by thinking that their Electrolux vacuum was also much, much more expensive my cheap, reliable, lightweight, Eureka Maxima vacuum.
