What power of protein should I use? 10% Whey Gold Standard or Pro Natural Complex?

I just started my training routine weight and am curious to know other people see as a better complement for someone in my position. I plan to be 10% Whey Protein Gold Standard ON or Natural Pro Complex also ON. The second choice does more "stuff" but it is simply too much? I try to gain weight and increase muscle mass

Hello, 10% Gold Whey Protein contains whey protein, which is absorbed quickly and used quickly by the body. The Pro-Complex is a blend of whey, wheat protein, egg, BCAA, etc.. which has more of a timed release effect. The slower digestion of proteins. The Pro-Complex are more expensive, you might start with whey to 10% and see how it goes. Hope this helps!
