the bread i bought at albertsons look like it was cooked in a uncleaned pan. It had black flakes on the crust. what should i do?

If it’s rustic bread, fresh bakery bread, Italian, or French bread, it’s supposed to have black flakes because it’s not cooked in a pan at all. What I like to call “real bread” (ie non Wonder sponge) is not cooked in a pan, but shaped, then put either on a stone or right in a wood oven similar to pizza oven, so some flakes are normal.
When you get real pizza in an Italian restaurant, it always has some black flakes on the bottom.
If there are flakes on the inside, throw it away or take it to the store to get a refund.
