Keys and Alarm Systems
- Most customers prefer to leave a key
to their home at our office, and we take
extreme measures to protect each key.
Owners/ Management will access your key
the day of your scheduled cleaning, and
then return it to a secure location within
our office by the end of the day. No identifying
information is ever put on any key. Also
for your safety, we do not return keys
by mail. Customers must call our office
to arrange to have your key returned.
If you have an alarm system at your
home, please provide us with instructions
on its operation. Also for your consideration,
you can put in a special access code just
for our service team.

Employees -
Our employees are very important to us, and we
are very serious about keeping them safe, so they
do not use ladders (other than a small step ladder)
or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types
of activities put our employees in danger of back
injury or could even damage your flooring. If
you would like us to clean behind appliances like
a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior
to the cleaning to allow access to the desired
area.

Shoes - All
employees are required to wear their shoes while
they are in your home. This helps ensure that
our employees are kept safe at the work place
& to prevent any falls and/or injures.

Bleach - We
will not bring bleach into a home to use as a
cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach
supplied in your home, please be aware that we
will not be responsible for any damage caused
by your bleach.

Cancellations
- If it is necessary to cancel/skip any
scheduled cleaning, please notify our office
by calling (480) 659-2424 by noon the day
before your scheduled cleaning day. This
will allow us to reassign the team to another
appointment. If you are unable to cancel
within the specified time stated above,
there will be a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Payment options
- For your convenience, AZ Simply Clean,
Inc. gladly accepts the following forms
of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
Cash, or Check. In some cases we will set
up a billing account or bill an escrow account
(please check with management). Customers
will need to leave a credit card number
on file with our office in the event a cancellation
fee must be paid.
Please be assured that
your credit card information is kept in
a secure area of our office. This information
is usually given at the time you book your
scheduled cleaning. In the unfortunate event
that your check does not clear and is returned
for NSF, you will be charged a $25.00 additional
fee, and we would appreciate if future payments
could be made by credit card.

24 hour Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is very important to us. If
for any reason, you feel that your cleaning was
not satisfactory, please call our office within
24 hours of your scheduled cleaning and we will
return to clean any area in which you were not
satisfied.

Refunds - Since
cleaning is a very personalized and a subjective
service, we cannot offer refunds to customers.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with
our service. Please see our 24-hour guarantee
if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There
are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
