Where can I find a sensor / automatic contactless and engine purchase or instructions to build one.?

I have an idea something that I would develop and patent. I need to find a very small sensor point and an engine to accommodate the sensor (similar to soap dispenser). Where can I find a website with instructions on creating such a device or where can I buy what I need.

You will not find a driver that "welcomes" the sensor. The sensor and electronic circuit will always be (physically) separated from the engine, but it will control the engine via a pair son.
